I've decided around three minutes ago that I have no control over my life lately. Like I've been swimming upstream & the current is successfully pushing me further out to sea. So now I must plan. This is a three day meal plan:Wednesday-breakfast: coffee (46 calories) rye cracker (35 calories). & 1 tbsp of hummus (20 calories)lunch: nothing snack: 1/2 a pomegranate (52 calories) coffee (46 calories) tea (0 calories) water (0 calories)dinner: cream of wheat (120 calories) water (0 calories) vitamin (20 calories)safety net caloric amount: 71 caloriesTOTAL: 429 caloriesThursday-breakfast: coffee (46 calories)lunch: rye cracker (35 calories) & 1 tbsp of hummus (20 calories)snack: 1/2 a pomegranate (52 calories) coffee (46 calories) tea (0 calories) water (0 calories)dinner: egg white (16.4 calories) cream of wheat (120 calories) water (0 calories) vitamin (20 calories)safety net caloric amount: 144.6 caloriesTOTAL: 355.4 caloriesFriday-Breakfast: coffee (46 calories). 1/2 cup steamed veggies (13.5 calories)lunch: water (0 calories)snack: 2 coffees (46 calories each. 92 calories) water (0 calories)dinner: water (0 calories). 1 cup steamed veggies (27 calories) vitamin (20 calories)safety net caloric amount: 301.5 caloriesTOTAL: 198.5 calories. Maximum amount of 500 calories daily. I can only eat what is listed but I can eat below what is listed. Times are as follows:Breakfast: 6.15 AM-7.50 AMLunch: 11.25 AM-11.45 AMSnack: 2.30 PM-5.30 PMDinner: 6.00 PM-6.50 PMThere will be no solid or liquid calories between 7 PM-6.00 AM. Tea & water are allowed during these times. If times are missed then the calories are skipped. If I consume alcohol I will make up for it the next day by drinking 4 coffees (184 calories) & eating 1 fruit (maximum 50 calories) & cream of wheat for dinner (120 calories). Also gum is allowed at all times except after teeth are brushed & count as a 0 calorie food if chewed for a minimum of twenty minutes.. Those are all of my rules so far. Not that I have any gum left over from the weekend. This is exactly what I need. A detailed plan of my daily intake. There is no room for deviation & if I dip into the safety net I must take out the calories from the next day's total. Plus I'm trying to go running in the mornings. I hope it's light at like 5.15 AM. Also if you have any low-calorie suggestions please let me know. Good night darlings !xOCandy * Since recovering I don't miss the constant counting of calories constant weighing myself freaking out over the tiniest little piece of food or increase on the scales feeling like a failure when I did eat having "Can't Eat" on my mind 24/7 the feeling you get when you haven't eaten for days yet you're GAINING weight somehow everybody criticizing when and what I do or don't eat all the thoughts and feelings that consume your mind. everything that comes with it... But I do miss being thin. Now that I'm recovered and weigh about 15kg more (scary thought!) I can appreciate how thin I used to be even though back then I was still convinced I was fat. Now I look at the rolls on my tummy my gigantic thighs all that and I KNOW I'm getting fat and it scares me. Yet now my metabolism is messed up. I gain weight eating normally and not eating doesn't seem to help me lose weight anymore. I guess exercise would have to be the key but I'm lazy. Yeah I'm just having a self pitying whinge :( Your post just reminded me of how I was a couple of years ago. Hope you're okay. Don't stress too much gorgeous. HAHAHA. You eating disorder girls are so funny. If you spent half the time on proper nutrition and exercise instead of counting ridiculously low amounts of calories that you're obviously gonna fuck up on eventually you might actually be healthy. You're gonna fail like you've always failed. Get help. YOu're making the rest of us look bad.

Tis the season of at the coffee chains across America. If you desire getting "iced" lattes (and I totally understand this preference) a grande coat (iced nonfat gingerbread latte with sugar-free syrup and no whip) will get you about the same calories as the tall sized hot latte. Between these two options though. I preferred the hot latte. I definitely liked the gingerbread alter flavors and while I could sight the sugar-free syrup it wasn't altogether unappealing. It might not be as noticeable to someone who is used to lot a of sugar-free products. I might be tempted next time to ask for lowfat milk or a half a squirt of regular syrup though because I think it needs just a little more oomph! (at least for me it does). Here are the numbers: I'm pleased to see Starbucks offer a tasty alternative to those who are watching their caloric intake. Although I'm not a daily Starbuck's customer (I would like to be) this 90 calorie offering is a bonus for me. I make my own lattes most of the measure (I live out of town) & use fat free half and half. It has a brush aside amount of sugar but frothes up very nicely & you delete lots of calories. I have open sugarfree sauces: chocolate white chocolate cinnamon etc and also add powdered spices: cinnamon nutmeg chocolate etc. & have change surface used extracts out of my cupboard in lieu of sugarfree syrups(I've open syrups with Ace K & sucralose beat & without Sodium Benzoate). But the key to a great homemade latte is FRESH GROUND COFFEE BEANS! Just the same can't act every year until Starbuck's brings out their "comfort" lattes with the pumpkin gingerbread etc. They really hit the spot! I don't think that WebMD is intentionally advertising for Starbucks. I accept that they experience that such a great be of people go to Starbucks that they are just letting us know there is an alternative to a high-fat high-sugar consume when we get there. I appreciate your help and don't worry: I will let all my friends and family know about your site. They will more than make up for the sourpuss paranoid people with their silly threats to not refer to you. To those of you who claim this is a commercial for Starbucks or that WebMD is somehow selling out here your logic seems weird to me. We live in a nation that consumes fast food and Starbucks coffee in epic proportions. That's reality. Why wouldn't WebMD try and declare ways to at least minimize the harm in consuming a high-calorie sugared beverage? If you don't drink Starbucks drinks don't worry about it. If you do this is one way to do it in a way that's not so calorie-loaded. Sheesh. I don't see where Elaine suggested you all should go out and get something you wouldn't drink anyway. Lighten up. Literally. Hello people who are now mad at WebMD after reading this blog--I wrote this communicate not the entire WebMD site!Whenever I create verbally about certain topics. I get a big reaction... Starbucks in one of them. It is not meant to be an advertisement but a heads up to people out there that go to Starbucks on a regular basis. move of what I do here in my blog is alert people about new products that may help alter health in one way or another. One of the other topics that I create verbally about that seems to always create a stir is artificial sweeteners. Sorry folks but there are lots of people out there interested in using alternatives to dulcify some of the measure. I personally try not to get too much sugar and alternative sweeteners in my typical day. To me that just makes comprehend. But enjoying a serving every now and then of a nonfat sugar-free coffee drink? That works for me.
