How about “diet coffee?” I’ had never heard of ‘Diet Coffee. Inc.’ before a few weeks ago and started looking at what the company offered. Basically the product looks like standard Arabica coffee with added components that promote appetite suppression and weight loss. Sounds fair enough since coffee is fat free and has next to no calories. Adding in components that promote healthy weight loss seems so natural that it’s surprising this company is not as well-known as it is. I’ve ordered some — we’ll see how it tastes soon.

So either I'm having an anxiety attack from working drive-through or I'm super egest. Either way I'm in a really good mood. I'm torn between my irrational worry of the drive-through and my love for working it because time goes by so quickly. I'm not sure I undergo anything relative to talk about other than that I remembered why I stopped my coffee diet a couple years ago. Although I would like to be that awesomely skinny again. I am back (a little) on the caffeine because I just got suicidal over it (I’ve had a really work week and already undergo mental health probs) and like no caffeine at all just wasn’t worth it. I’m am sticking withthe be of it though though feel a bit sore after yesterday’s fast walk (change surface though it was just a 20 mins sprint virtually to the day centre). So the caffeine (and caffeine substitutes eg barley cup) hasbeen substantially reduced but not cut out altogether and I am drinking more water instead of reaching for the instant coffee (even if was decaf) every two secs. My coffee now is more as an anti depressant than anything else. I am limiting myself to two medium cups (that’s no more than 2 tablespoons of medium strength coffee in one 3 cup cafetiere and none after 5pm a day and none first thing in the morning because lemon tea is exceed) a day. I truly accept in this diet and the ‘healthy eating intend’ after the first week. I experience it’ll bring home the bacon. I just (sadly) have had to go back on the caffeine. But the one first thing in the morning (don’t know what’s it’s called) is truly devine. change surface if trying to get the hang of Avocados (never object the cost.
